Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kharagpur for an Agency Development Manager. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing insurance agents. Daily tasks include developing agency strategies, monitoring agent performance, driving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also focus on business development, identifying new market opportunities, and promoting the company's products and services.
