Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Associate, located in Agra. The Agency Associate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new agents, ensuring they meet daily and monthly sales targets. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and agents, ensuring smooth communication to achieve business objectives, and providing agents with the necessary support and guidance to enhance their performance. The role demands strategic planning, team collaboration, and active contributions to organizational growth.
