Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Agra for a Life Advisor at Kotak Life Insurance Company Pvt Ltd. The Life Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance products, conducting need-based financial analysis, and providing comprehensive life insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include meeting potential clients, explaining policy features and benefits, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to conduct need-based financial analysis and provide customized solutions
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to maintaining client relationships
Proficiency in understanding and explaining life insurance policies and products
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
