After Sales Manager

Location- Thane

• Maintain and update promotional databases by accurately entering invoice and bill-back data.
  
• Consolidate, analyze, and share daily action summaries with internal stakeholders.
  
• Resolve order fulfillment and inventory-related issues through data analysis and coordination with managers and customers.
  
• Handle promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies efficiently.
  
• Provide accurate product, promotion, and pricing information by addressing customer queries.
  
• Prepare sales tracking reports and share sales versus projection analysis.
  
• Coordinate sample requests, arrange shipments, and notify customers accordingly.
  
• Maintain and update customer databases; prepare and circulate monthly performance reports.
  
• Prepare sales presentations by compiling data and developing effective presentation materials.
  
• Track, analyze, and summarize sales expenses; forward details for reimbursement.
  
• Coordinate effectively between manufacturing teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Explore new market opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
  
• Generate monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reports for management review.
  
• Continuously update job knowledge through training and learning initiatives.
  
• Demonstrate flexibility by handling additional responsibilities as required to meet organizational goals.
