Role Overview:

Assistant Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of Customer and vehicle onboarding
  • Coordinate with CFT for smooth onboarding and resolution of operational issues
  • Assist in developing sales SOPs, process flows, and documentation
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reviews, updates, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and flag risks, delays, or bottlenecks in implementation and drive corrective actions
  • Bring hustle, structure, and follow-through – no excuses

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in program management / sales ops / business development (preferably in mobility, EV, logistics, or tech startup)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM tools
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for tracking what matters
  • Go-getter attitude – self-starter, problem-solver, and ready to get their hands dirty
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus (not mandatory)
