Position Summary
The Inside Sales / Fintech Onboarding Specialist is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into active customers while ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding experience. This role combines consultative sales, product education, and operational onboarding within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and conduct discovery calls to understand business needs.
- Execute outbound outreach to targeted prospects via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Present and demonstrate fintech products and services clearly and persuasively.
- Accurately maintain CRM records, follow up on opportunities, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets.
Customer Onboarding
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, including KYC/KYB, compliance checks, documentation, and account setup.
- Educate customers about platform features, payment flows, security requirements, and best practices.
- Coordinate with compliance, risk, and operations teams to ensure timely account activation.
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and ensure a smooth transition to account activation.
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding lifecycle.
- Provide clear instructions, follow-up communication, and proactive support.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate product configurations or solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive first-90-day engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, product, compliance, and support teams to streamline processes.
- Provide feedback based on customer insights to improve onboarding workflows and product usability.
- Participate in internal training sessions and stay updated on product features and compliance requirements.
