After Sales Manager

1. Interaction with customers regarding their service requirements and feedback (feedback forms)

2. Arrangements of train/bus tickets and accommodation of service persons to be deputed at the site(complaints/service/commissioning FMS)

3. CO-Ordination with site staff and plant technical person.

4. Follow up with service persons for their timely report and timely work completion.

5. Arrangements of Installation material at site in co- ordination with service engineer, if required.

6. Complaints redressal within 48hours with the help of concerned persons.

7. Co-Ordination with service dealers/principal supplier’s service management ZSM/ASM Level of KOEL.

8. Timely reply of mails/letters to customers/service dealers.

9. Site technical assessment of proposed site of DG set Installation and preparation of cost analysis work.

9 (a). To understand the exhaust piping for DG set Installation and preparation of cost analysis of work.

9 (b). CEIG or any legal certification required at site

9 (c). Cable routing and laying for DG Set

9 (d). Load analysis of DG set requirement

11. Budget friendly, efficient work.

12. Vendor Management.

13. Lead Generations from existing customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
