Job Description

We are seeking proactive and results-oriented B2B Service interns/executives to join our dynamic field operations team. The role involves a mix of service, support, and cross-selling activities with existing merchants.

Key Responsibilities

Service Part:

POS/Payment Soundbox Replacement
EDC Machine Replacement
Account/Device Deactivation
Merchant Win-back Activities

Cross-Sale Part

Gold SIP enrollments
Loan & Insurance product referrals
Welcome Visits for loan merchants

Daily & Weekly Expectations

Minimum 10+ valid completed tasks per day
Mix of service tasks and cross-sale tasks as per assigned targets
Adherence to processes and reporting through official apps/tools

Basic Requirements

✅

Good Communication Skills

(Hindi + Local Language)✅

Must have an Android/iOS Smartphone

✅

Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter)

with a valid Driving License✅

Positive CIBIL Score

(mandatory for verification)✅ Willingness to work

on-field

within assigned locations✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
