After Sales Executive

NOTE: Excellent Communication & Prior Experience in International Domain is Necessary.

As our Aftersales Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers after they have received their product. Your core mission is to manage all post-sale inquiries, returns, and technical support issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, ensuring every customer walks away satisfied.

Key Requirements

• We are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses the following attributes:
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English is essential, with the ability to articulate complex solutions simply and clearly.
• A team player with a proactive and composed attitude—must be extremely patient and empathetic when handling frustrated customers.
• Prior experience working in a customer support role focused on the UK market.
• Logical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities to quickly assess and resolve complex issues.
• A proactive approach to troubleshooting and a determination to resolve issues completely the first time.
• Excellent ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of cases and follow-ups.
• Responsible, punctual, and committed to delivering results, with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle order-related queries, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Work collaboratively with the logistics and technical teams to resolve complex issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Prior experience in international (UK/US) customer service is necessary.
• Excellent communication is required, both verbal & written.

Job Details:

• Shift: Fixed UK Shift (Afternoon) – 9 hours including 1-hour break
• Work Days: 5.5 days per week
• Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
• Probation Period: 3 months
• Location: Near Elements Mall, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
• Joining: Immediate joiners will be given preference
