We have an opening for Affluent Segment Strategy & Customer Insights with a Leading Pvt Bank.

Location: Mumbai

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to shape and drive our Affluent & HNW customer proposition. This role will focus on designing premium experiences, building innovative products, and driving customer engagement strategies.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute a differentiated affluent banking value proposition
• Create exclusive benefits, personalized wealth solutions & premium experiences
• Enhance customer journeys through superior service, digital-first offerings & concierge services
• Identify customer needs through insights & research to design tailored solutions
• Drive innovation across premium accounts, investment products, credit cards & lending solutions
• Collaborate with sales & marketing to deliver impactful acquisition & retention campaigns
• Partner with digital/fintech players to elevate affluent banking experiences
• Monitor performance & leverage analytics to refine customer engagement strategies

What we’re looking for:

• 12–15 years in wealth management, retail banking, or financial services (affluent/HNW focus)
• Proven track record in proposition development & customer experience design
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability & customer-centric mindset
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
• Knowledge of digital banking trends & fintech-driven innovations
