Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager at Shoolin Digital in Gurugram. As our Affiliate Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving our growth by managing the entire lifecycle of our affiliate program. From identifying and recruiting high-value partners to optimizing campaigns and analyzing performance, you'll be at the forefront of our user acquisition strategy. What You'll Do: Recruit and onboard new, high-quality affiliates to expand our network. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing partners. Develop, manage, and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI. Utilize affiliate tracking platforms to monitor performance and identify trends. Conduct in-depth data analysis using Excel to inform strategic decisions. Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights. Ensure program compliance and implement fraud prevention measures. What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing or a related digital marketing role. Proven ability to work with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Trackier, offer 18, etc). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for growth.
