Role Overview

We’re seeking a proactive Affiliate Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead affiliate and publisher acquisition, campaign optimization, and performance scaling across POP, content, and mobile networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliates & Publisher Ecosystem
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, mobile networks, pop/content platforms, and publishers.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates and publishing partners.
• Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize CPL/CPA/CPI campaigns across affiliate networks and publisher platforms.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs such as ROI, eCPI, CR, and volumes through strategic bid management and budget allocation.
• Data-Driven Optimization
• Perform granular performance analysis using analytics tools (hasOffers, Voluum, Affise, etc.).
• Conduct A/B tests across creatives, bids, geo, segmentation to maximize performance.
• Payout & Reconciliation
• Manage affiliate payouts, billing cycles, and revenue-share models.
• Ensure timely reconciliations and process compliance.
• Cross-Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with Design, Analytics, Media Buying, and Client Success to deliver holistic campaign strategies.
• Prep and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

What You Bring

• 1-2years of hands-on experience in Affiliate or Performance Marketing, preferably within agencies or high-growth startups.
• Proficiency with affiliate platforms such as Affise, HasOffers, Trackier – experience with mobile/pop/content networks a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and experience handling data through Excel or BI dashboards (e.g., Google Data Studio).
• Proven ability to recruit and scale partnerships with affiliates/publishers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• A data-first mindset, result orientation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile traffic (especially pop/content) or CPA/CPL offers.
• Existing relationships with publisher networks or affiliate traffic sources.
• Exposure to media buying tools and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with programmatic or direct response digital marketing.
