Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and communication-driven Client Coordinator – Pre-Sales Support to assist our sales and customer success teams in nurturing leads, managing pre-sales activity, and ensuring smooth coordination across business operations. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates keen attention to detail, and is passionate about facilitating high-quality interactions that drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Lead Nurturing

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls/emails to gauge interest and qualify leads
  • Build rapport with inbound prospects and maintain positive interactions to support pre-sales efforts
  • Communicate product/service features, benefits, and pricing structure before handover to the Sales team
  • Respond to inquiries and provide basic technical/product information to support buyer decisions

Sales Enablement & Support

  • Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and documentation required for initial engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product walkthroughs, demo scheduling, and requirement analysis
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and scope outlines for prospects under guidance from sales leads

Data & Process Management

  • Maintain structured records of lead stages, follow-up timelines, and outcome notes
  • Collaborate with marketing or lead-gen teams to ensure a qualified pipeline
  • Monitor lead conversion metrics and flag bottlenecks in coordination cycles

Operational Coordination

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, service, delivery) to enable smoother project transitions
  • Support documentation for contracts, AMC offerings, and service timelines
  • Follow up with clients on pending details required for project kickoff or activation

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in pre-sales, client coordination, or inside sales roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and presentation tools
  • Ability to understand basic product/service flows and articulate value clearly

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
