Role Overview

Affiliate Manager (B2C)

build, scale, and optimize

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and manage

  affiliate partners, influencers, and media networks

  to drive B2C sales.
• Develop and implement

  performance-based marketing strategies

  to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
• Track campaign performance using analytics tools (CTR, CPA, ROI, CAC, LTV).
• Negotiate commissions, offers, and promotional plans with partners.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and tech teams to improve funnel performance and landing page conversions.
• Monitor fraud, ensure brand compliance, and maintain transparent reporting.
• Research new trends in affiliate marketing and propose innovative strategies for growth.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in

  affiliate or performance marketing

  (preferably in edtech, SaaS, or consumer brands).
• Strong understanding of

  B2C funnels, tracking tools, and ROI analysis

  .
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Knowledge of tools like

  Google Analytics, Impact, Tapfiliate, or PartnerStack

  is a plus.
