About the Role: This is a full-time on-site role for an Affiliate Manager located in Lucknow. As an Affiliate Manager at Dyzad, you’ll be the key driver of growth for our CPL campaigns. You’ll work closely with affiliates to help them scale campaigns, optimize performance, and generate high-quality leads. Your efforts will directly impact revenue and partnerships, making you an essential part of our success. What You’ll Do: Onboard and support affiliates promoting CPL offers Provide guidance to help affiliates optimize campaigns and maximize revenue Analyze performance data and recommend strategies to improve results Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates through proactive communication Collaborate with advertisers to ensure campaigns align with affiliate audiences What We’re Looking For: Experience working with CPL campaigns and affiliates Strong communication and relationship-building skills Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimization Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented attitude Passion for affiliate marketing and performance growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience in Digital Marketing (6-12 months) Strong Communication and Sales skills Previous experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Lucknow Affiliate Management and Account Management skills Why Dyzad?
