About the Role:

Affiliate Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard and support affiliates promoting CPL offers
• Provide guidance to help affiliates optimize campaigns and maximize revenue
• Analyze performance data and recommend strategies to improve results
• Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates through proactive communication
• Collaborate with advertisers to ensure campaigns align with affiliate audiences

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with CPL campaigns and affiliates
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and optimization
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
• Passion for affiliate marketing and performance growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in Digital Marketing (6-12 months)
• Strong Communication and Sales skills
• Previous experience in the affiliate marketing industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Lucknow
• Affiliate Management and Account Management skills
