Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Affiliate Manager based in India. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the affiliate program, recruiting and onboarding new affiliate partners, maintaining strong relationships with existing affiliates, analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns. The role involves tracking and reporting on campaign outcomes to ensure successful execution of goals. Qualifications Affiliate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and experience in partnership management Analytical and data-driven skills, including performance monitoring and metrics analysis Strong communication and relationship-building skills for engaging with affiliates and partners Understanding of negotiation and business development practices Proficiency in using marketing tools, affiliate software platforms, and CRM tools Ability to develop strategies to grow affiliate programs and achieve revenue goals Strong organization and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Experience in e-commerce or affiliated industries is a plus
