Job Summary: We’re looking for a Mobile Affiliate Manager to scale user acquisition by recruiting high-quality publishers and optimizing performance campaigns (CPI, CPA, CPE). You’ll own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from sourcing and onboarding to daily optimization, fraud control, and margin management. Key KRAs: Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding: Source, vet, negotiate, and activate new mobile publishers across geos & verticals. Campaign Setup & Optimization: Configure offers (tracking, caps, targeting), run A/B tests, and drive lower eCPI / higher conversion rates. Revenue & Margin Management: Hit volume caps while maintaining target margins and ROAS goals. Quality & Fraud Control: Monitor CTIT anomalies, duplicate installs, device farms; enforce payouts/blocks. Analytics & Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly performance dashboards; share insights & next actions. Process & Compliance: Keep documentation, IOs, and policy compliance (store, GDPR/CCPA) tight. Responsibilities: Build a strong pipeline of affiliates: incent, non-incent, SDK networks, DSPs, OEM inventory, offerwalls, social/influencer, web-to-app. Own negotiations (payouts, caps, exclusivities, test budgets, KPIs, fraud clauses). Set up offers on the tracking platform with correct macros & S2S postbacks; validate install/event fires. Create and manage black/whitelists, subID-level optimization, dayparting, geo/device/carrier targeting. Monitor funnel metrics (click→install, install→event, D1/D7 retention/ROAS, ARPU, LTV signals). Escalate and resolve discrepancies, hold traffic when needed, and manage payout adjustments. Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, reconciliations, and timely publisher payments. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2–6 years in mobile performance/affiliate role managing CPI/CPA/CPE at a network, agency, or advertiser. Tools (hands-on): Trackers/Networks: Affise, Everflow, TUNE/HasOffers, Trackier, Offer18 (or similar) MMPs: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Singular, Kochava Fraud/QA: 24Metrics, Forensiq, FraudScore, internal anomaly checks KPIs & Targets: New active publishers onboarded per month Daily cap attainment & fill rate by geo eCPI / eCPA vs target; gross & net margin % Event rate (install→key event), D1/D7 retention or ROAS where applicable Fraud rate (invalid/blocked %) and time-to-resolution Revenue growth and partner retention Nice to Have Experience in high-scale verticals (gaming, fintech, e-com, utility, travel). Knowledge of SKAdNetwork postbacks and privacy sandbox changes. Existing publisher connections.
