Compliance & Fraud Prevention: o Ensure affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines, player protection policy, and advertising regulations. o Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure affiliates adhere to GEO-specific legal requirements. Cross-Team Collaboration: o Work with product, CRM, and media buying teams to align promotions, campaigns, and targets. o Coordinate with the finance team for timely payment processing and report reconciliation. Requirements! Experience: o At least XXin iGaming affiliate marketing, preferably with exposure across multiple international GEOs. o Experience in managing both web and in-app traffic sources under CPA and RevShare models. Technical Knowledge: o Familiarity with tracking tools such as Trackier, IncomeAccess, Appsflyer, Adjust etc. o Working knowledge of affiliate platforms and CRM tools. Skills: o Strong data interpretation and analytical skills. o Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management. o Flexibility to adapt to changing marketing conditions and GEO dynamics. Other: o Comfortable working with multiple time zones as per client availability.
