Junior Founder Staff

This is not a traditional job. We're looking for a Junior Founder's Staff member to serve as a versatile operator and strategic partner to our leadership team. You'll be a generalist, working across multiple functionsproduct, growth, operations, and financeto tackle our most critical business problems. You will be expected to rapidly switch contexts and execute on a wide range of projects, from running key initiatives to building new business lines from scratch.

We are looking for candidates from tier 1 colleges only.

What You'll Do:

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: You will own projects from end-to-end, defining the problem, developing the strategy, and driving execution. This could include launching a new product, optimising a core business process, or analysing a new market opportunity.
• Act as a Force Multiplier: You'll work closely with the founder, helping to identify and solve high-priority issues across the organisation. You'll prepare presentations for the board, conduct market research, and support our leadership team in making data-driven decisions.
• Build & Scale: You'll be a core part of our mission to scale. This means getting your hands dirty and doing what it takes to get the job done, whether that's building a financial model in a spreadsheet or drafting a product spec.
• Conduct Analysis: You will be responsible for synthesising data to provide actionable insights. You should be comfortable with tools for data analysis and be able to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Work with Cross-Functional Teams: You'll be a liaison between different teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on key goals and objectives.

• A Proven Operator: You have 1 years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, or a fast-paced environment where you've demonstrated your ability to execute.
• A Fast Learner: You can quickly get up to speed on new industries, business models, and technical concepts. You are a curious and self-motivated individual who thrives in ambiguity.
• An Exceptional Communicator: You can communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision, both in writing and verbally. You're just as comfortable presenting to senior leadership as you are working with an engineer to solve a technical issue.
• Highly Analytical: You are skilled in quantitative analysis and can build models to support your recommendations. You have a knack for finding patterns and identifying insights from data.
• Entrepreneurial: You have a bias for action and a knack for getting things done. You're comfortable with a high degree of ownership and are not afraid to take risks. You get excited about the idea of working on a project that has the potential to transform the business.
• Research & strategy: Competitive scans, market sizing, user/college interviews; synthesise into crisp briefs/PRDs etc.
