result-oriented Affiliate Manager / Partner Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the

  partner acquisition strategy

  across affiliates, DSAs, aggregators, and fintech apps
• Onboard new partners and drive

  activation, training, and performance optimization

• Negotiate and manage commercial models including

  CPL, CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid payouts

• Monitor daily/weekly KPIs:

  lead quality, approval rates, disbursal %, CAC, ROI

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, underwriting, risk, ops) to

  maximize lead-to-disbursal conversion

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize partner funnel using data from affiliate dashboards and BI tools
• Manage affiliate relationships end-to-end: onboarding → compliance → reporting → payout
• Ensure timely payouts and transparent partner communication
• Stay up to date with

  market trends

  , competitor strategies, and affiliate innovations in digital lending

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in

  affiliate marketing, fintech partnerships, NBFCs, or lending aggregators

• Proven success in driving

  10,000+ monthly leads or 1000+ monthly disbursals

  through partner channels
• Strong understanding of the

  loan lifecycle

  : lead → verification → approval → disbursal
• Experience working with affiliate tools like

  Trackier, HasOffers, Affise

  , etc.
• Proficient in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  , with a working knowledge of

  BI tools

  (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong

  negotiation, communication

  , and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at platforms like

  BankSathi, Gromo, ZetApp, KreditBee, Fibe, Branch, PaisaBazaar

  , etc.
• Existing network of

  affiliate/DSA/aggregator partners

  in the lending or financial services sector
• Exposure to managing

  tier 2/3 city traffic acquisition

• Familiarity with

  loan product eligibility criteria, risk filters

  , and KYC process
