About Us Napptix is a rapidly growing performance marketing company specializing in performance marketing and data-driven digital campaigns. We're passionate about helping brands scale through measurable results, and we're now looking to expand our affiliate network with a skilled Affiliate Manager focused on Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) campaigns. Key Responsibilities Manage, grow, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners to deliver high-quality CPL leads. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and media buyers. Negotiate payout structures, terms, and traffic sources with partners to ensure campaign profitability. Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring traffic quality and compliance with campaign terms. Work closely with internal teams (Campaign Managers, Compliance, Data Analytics) to ensure alignment and performance tracking. Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards client goals (volume, quality, ROI). Troubleshoot tracking issues and coordinate with technical teams when necessary. Stay updated with affiliate marketing trends, fraud prevention tools, and compliance standards. Requirements 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing affiliates or partners within CPL campaigns. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, etc.). Proven track record of growing affiliate partnerships and delivering results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and/or reporting tools. Ability to work independently and thrive in a results-oriented environment. Nice to Have Experience in verticals like finance, education, insurance, health, or real estate. Familiarity with anti-fraud tools and traffic quality analysis. Existing network of affiliates and publishers in the CPL space. What We Offer Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
