Description
As a rapidly growing performance marketing company specializing in performance marketing and data-driven digital campaigns, Napptix is dedicated to assisting brands in scaling through measurable results. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Affiliate Manager who will focus on Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) campaigns to help expand our affiliate network. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, grow, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners to deliver high-quality CPL leads. - Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, publishers, and media buyers. - Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs to ensure traffic quality and compliance with campaign terms. - Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Campaign Managers, Compliance, and Data Analytics to ensure alignment and performance tracking. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards client goals including volume, quality, and ROI. - Address tracking issues and liaise with technical teams when required. - Keep abreast of affiliate marketing trends, fraud prevention tools, and compliance standards. Requirements: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing affiliates or partners within CPL campaigns. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CR, EPC, ROI, LTV, etc. - Proven track record of growing affiliate partnerships and delivering results. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and/or reporting tools. - Ability to work independently and excel in a results-oriented environment. Nice to Have: - Experience in verticals like finance, education, insurance, health, or real estate. - Familiarity with anti-fraud tools and traffic quality analysis. - Existing network of affiliates and publishers in the CPL space.
