Role Description


Location: New Delhi (Work from Office - 5 Days a Week)

Experience: 4-5 Years

Industry Background: Mandatory prior experience in an Ad Tech & Mobile Affiliate Network

Reporting To: Senior Leadership


Job Summary:


Affiliate Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliate partners and influencers.
  • Build strong relationships with affiliates to maximize their performance and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, revenue) and optimize accordingly.
  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Work with design, content, and product teams to create marketing assets and promotions.
  • Negotiate and manage commission structures and payouts.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and innovative approaches to affiliate partnerships.
  • Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and program terms.
  • Provide regular reports on program performance to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of growing and optimizing affiliate programs.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks/ agencies, tracking platforms and attribution models.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in Mobile, Web campaigns is a must.
