Adomantra is seeking a highly skilled and strategic SEO Manager to lead and execute our search engine optimization initiatives. As an SEO Manager, you will play a crucial role in improving our organic search rankings, driving website traffic, and enhancing overall digital visibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with our business objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings. Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content. Monitor and analyze site performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimizations. Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across the website. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Create and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Manage link-building initiatives and partnerships to improve domain authority and search visibility. Identify SEO issues and provide actionable solutions for continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO. Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc. ) Experience with content optimization, keyword research, and link-building strategies. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
