Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Affiliate Executive role based in Gurugram. As an Affiliate Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing affiliate partnerships, identifying and onboarding potential affiliates, and developing relationships that drive business growth. Additionally, you will create and implement strategies to improve affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and generate reports to measure success. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of affiliate marketing trends and techniques will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, partnership management, and digital performance strategies
• Excellent research, data analysis, and reporting skills to optimize affiliate programs and evaluate performance metrics
• Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including affiliate management software
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals
• Proven ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
• Prior experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing is a strong advantage
