Role Overview – Affiliate Delivery Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Affiliate Marketing professional to lead and scale our international campaigns. This role demands a mix of analytical sharpness, relationship-building, and hands-on campaign management. If you understand the global affiliate ecosystem, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can turn data into strategy - this one’s for you.

Location: Noida, Sector 63

Experience: 2–3 Years

Work Mode: Full-time, On-site

Compensation: As per company norms

(Key Responsibilities)

Global Campaign Management

* Run and scale global affiliate campaigns from start to finish, ensuring we hit our revenue and performance goals (ROI, CPA).

* Monitor daily campaign performance, analyse the data, and quickly make changes to optimize results.

* Manage the budget of our campaigns and ensure all delivery targets are met across different countries.

Partner Acquisition & China, UK&US Focus

* Aggressively recruit new high-quality partners, publishers, and media buyers to grow our affiliate network.

* Use your existing contacts and knowledge of the Chinese, UK&US affiliate landscape to secure valuable inventory and drive traffic from that region.

* Negotiate pay-outs and deal terms to ensure profitable partnerships.

* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with all top-tier global affiliates.

Team Leadership & Onboarding

* Help manage and mentor junior members of the affiliate team, setting an example for best practices and execution.

* Manage the onboarding process for all new traffic sources, from checking quality and setting up tracking.

* Work closely with our internal teams (like finance and legal) to make sure partners are paid accurately and campaigns follow all rules.

What We Need From Candidates -

* 2-3 years of direct experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.

* Proven ability to manage and deliver global or multi-region campaigns.

* Must have strong contacts and a solid understanding of Chinese, UK & US affiliate inventory and networks.

* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

* High knowledge and comfortable working with data, reports, and affiliate tracking platforms.

Role for someone who is ready to manage worldwide campaigns, has an existing network of contacts in Chinese inventory/Israel Inventory/UK&US Inventory/affiliate markets, and can help us expand our affiliate partner base. who can manage a budget, and know how to find new, high-quality traffic.
