iSoftStone is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront , including strong hands-on experience in Workfront Fusion integration . The ideal candidate will drive seamless digital workflows across marketing and content platforms, enhancing enterprise productivity and digital asset management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can build scalable solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) including Sites, Assets, and Forms. Lead and manage Workfront implementation projects, including business requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment. Develop and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations to automate workflows across enterprise systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud, AEM, Jira, Salesforce, etc. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and IT teams to optimize content production and project management workflows. Troubleshoot issues related to AEM components, workflows, Workfront templates, Fusion scenarios, and integrations. Customize and configure AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and OSGi services. Train and support end-users on Workfront and AEM best practices, ensuring effective adoption across teams. Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development and administration. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront including Workfront system administration. 2+ years of experience building and maintaining integrations using Workfront Fusion . Strong understanding of marketing workflows, digital asset lifecycle, and creative operations. Proficiency in Java , JavaScript , HTML5 , Sightly (HTL) , and Sling Models for AEM development. Familiarity with REST APIs , JSON , and Webhooks for integration scenarios. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using project tracking tools like Jira. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in AEM or Workfront is a plus. Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) is desirable.
