Job Description

Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, property development, and land acquisitions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and land documents.
Conduct legal due diligence for land titles, project approvals, and compliance.
Represent the firm in property-related disputes and litigation.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national real estate laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams (project managers, developers) to ensure smooth legal operations.
Follow up with external advocates, legal consultants, and other third-party legal entities to ensure timely progress of ongoing matters.
Verify Revenue Records of properties, land etc.
Handling Redevelopment Sites, Land Acquisition and further procedure of Documentation, Drafting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00 - 90,000.00 per month
