Role & responsibilities: Ensuring execution of all Back office Sales Administration operations like Builder Buyer Agreement, Payment Receipts etc. Handling the bookings, login in CRM. Issuing Payment Receipts, demand letters and reminders accordingly. Preparing and Issuing Possession Letters, Buyer s Agreements to the clients. Follow- ups for Buyer s Agreements etc. Preparation of Company MIS DSR. Maintaining Files and Documents Records. Handling post sales query through emails and calls. Co- ordination with the sales team. Formatting Issuing document to clients (Credit Note, transfer document, Demand letter Receipts etc).
