Job Description

Times Network is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Ads Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of digital advertising solutions to businesses across various industries. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development: Identify and target potential clients who can benefit from digital advertising services, including display ads, Content and programmatic advertising,

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering tailored advertising solutions that meet their business objectives.

Campaign Strategy & Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide digital advertising strategies and solutions that maximize ROI.

Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by managing leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital advertising technologies to ensure the delivery of relevant and effective solutions.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, creative) to ensure campaign delivery and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Analytics: Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demos to potential clients, explaining the benefits of digital advertising solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4-5 years in digital advertising sales, media sales.

Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including display advertising and programmatic advertising.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas to clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to create customized solutions for clients.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
