Location: Gurgaon

🕒 Experience: 3–5 Years (AdTech / Agency Sales experience required)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Prospecting:

    Identify and connect with advertisers, agencies, and media partners in the US, UK, LATAM, and APAC regions.
  • Partnership Building:

    Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers to unlock new opportunities across the marketing funnel.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Own the complete sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiations and closures.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Consistently achieve ambitious quarterly targets while scaling global operations.
  • Collaboration:

    Partner with internal teams (campaign managers, analysts, creatives) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and global advertising opportunities to refine strategies.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 year's experience in ad sales, business development, or media partnerships (AdTech/digital marketing).
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics and marketing funnels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for international markets.
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage global accounts.
  • Proactive, result-driven mindset with strong follow-through.
  • Existing global advertiser/agency network is a big plus.
