You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create targeted, data-driven campaigns that drive growth and conversions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and email marketing campaigns.Develop strategies to target the right audience and increase ad engagement.Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms.Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and improve performance.Work with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.Set up and optimize email marketing automation flows for lead nurturing.Monitor and manage budgets for ad campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and deliver measurable results.Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.Requirements:2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing.Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Facebook/Instagram Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).Experience with Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.Proven ability to create and manage paid media campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred:Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications.Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion optimization.Familiarity with landing page builders and email automation software.Working Hours:Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PMSaturday and Sunday: OFFBenefits:Competitive salary.Work in a collaborative and supportive environment.Opportunities for skill development and career advancement.If you're a passionate Digital Marketer with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing, we'd love to have you join our team.
