Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms. Develop targeting strategies, ad creatives, and copy that align with business goals. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, CTR, and conversions. Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed. Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay updated on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formats. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency in ad visuals and messaging. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and other ad metrics. Experience with A/B testing and conversion tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.). Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
