Google & Meta Ads Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google (Search, Display, PPC) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, ad copy creation, and A/B testing.
• Monitor and analyze daily campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to maximize results.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Track and report key performance metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Implement conversion tracking via GA4, Meta Pixel, and other tools for accurate data reporting.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
• Present insights and recommendations to the internal team or clients.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in managing Google & Meta ad campaigns (internships or training count).
• Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
• Understanding of ad formats, targeting strategies, and bidding methods.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
• Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
