About the Role


Client Relationship Officer (CRO)


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle

    inbound and outbound interactions

    through calls, emails, and chats.
  • Build and maintain

    strong relationships

    with potential students and internal stakeholders.
  • Guide students through program details and assist in selecting suitable courses.
  • Convert leads into applications

    by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
  • Record and maintain student information accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to enhance the student journey experience.
  • Support promotional activities and

    cross-sell related programs

    .
  • Escalate and resolve concerns promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
    • An MBA or similar advanced degree is an added advantage.
    • 0–2 years of relevant domestic experience

      in customer service, inside sales, or counseling roles.
    • Excellent

      communication, interpersonal, and presentation

      skills.
    • Confident, proactive, and target-driven with strong negotiation abilities.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a positive attitude to learn.
    • Proficiency with

      CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

      .
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


    Training and Development

    Freshers selected for this role will undergo a structured training program covering company products, customer engagement techniques, and sales processes. Continuous mentoring and feedback will be provided to help you excel in your role.
