Role Description

This full-time remote role involves serving as an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will guide prospective students through the admissions process, assist them in understanding program options, and address their queries regarding education pathways. Key responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and supporting enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship building with potential students.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to connect effectively with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Customer Service to deliver a positive experience, ensure satisfaction, and address concerns efficiently.
• skills to promote university programs and meet enrollment targets, as well as an understanding of strategies for engaging prospective students.
• Background in Education or awareness of academic programs and student counseling best practices is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for managing queries and maintaining accurate student records.
