Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Bhopal. The Admissions Counselor will engage with prospective students, offering information and guidance about the institute's courses. They will handle inquiries, assist with the enrollment process, provide excellent customer service, and effectively communicate with potential students to ensure a positive experience. The role involves significant interaction with various stakeholders and requires a strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
• Customer Service and Sales experience
• Background in Education is beneficial
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
