Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Admission Counselor who specializes in cold calling and student enrolment. This is a target-based profile where the candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in admission counselling, preferably in the education and training sector.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Cold Calling & Student Engagement

• Make 100+ calls daily to potential students and working professionals interested in career-oriented courses.
• Counsel students about course details, fee structure, career prospects, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
• Address inquiries and resolve doubts to ensure smooth enrolment.

✅ Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and revenue goals.
• Convert leads into successful admissions through effective pitching and negotiation.
• Drive student enrolments by convincing them about course benefits and career opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in admission counselling/career counselling/sales in Ed-Tech Course Selling.

🔹 Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills in Hindi and English.

🔹 Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

🔹 Cold Calling Expertise: Should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.

🔹 Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets consistently.

🔹 Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.

🔹 Work Ethics: Self-motivated, disciplined, and a go-getter with a positive attitude.
