Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Kolkata. The Admissions Counselor will engage prospective students to provide comprehensive information about FDDI’s programs, assist with the admissions process, and address any queries. They will collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment goals and maintain effective communication with students and their families. The role involves attending various outreach programs and events to promote the institute and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other communities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to guide and support prospective students
• Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to engage and convert potential applicants
• Familiarity with the education sector and experience in counseling is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field required, and a master’s degree is preferred
