Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outreach Executive, located in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders such as industry representatives, academic partners, and alumni. The role involves promoting FDDI's educational programs and initiatives, coordinating outreach activities, organizing events, and fostering partnerships to drive engagement and collaboration. The Outreach Executive will also monitor trends in the industry and provide feedback to enhance FDDI's services and curriculum. The role involves attending various outreach programs and events to promote the institute and building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other communities. Qualifications Strong interpersonal communication and general communication skills Excellent customer service skills and the ability to guide and support prospective students Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to engage and convert potential applicants Familiarity with the education sector and experience in counseling is a plus Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field required, and a master’s degree is preferred
