Admissions Counselor

We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Academic Counselor to guide learners through our academic programs, provide end-to-end admission support, and ensure a high-quality counseling experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to meet monthly enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students through calls, messages, meetings, and follow-ups to understand their learning goals and recommend the right course.
• Provide detailed information about programs, batch schedules, fee structures, and enrollment procedures.
• Manage the entire admissions cycle from enquiry to registration.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student interactions in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve monthly enrolment targets and contribute to team performance.
• Coordinate with academic teams to schedule demo sessions, proficiency tests, and onboarding activities.
• Participate in weekly reviews, training sessions, and performance discussions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, student advisory, or sales (Freshers can also apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to persuade, guide, and build trust with learners.
• Goal-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple enquiries efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
