Education Counselor

We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Education Counselor to guide students in making informed academic and career decisions. The ideal candidate will counsel students on course selection, admissions, career pathways, and educational opportunities while providing accurate information and excellent support throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and admission procedures
• Handle student inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings
• Assist students with application processes, documentation, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems
• Meet enrollment targets and contribute to team goals
• Participate in outreach activities, seminars, and education fairs
• Stay updated on educational trends, courses, and admission requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Education Counselor, Academic Advisor, or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an educational institution, consultancy, or training center
• Knowledge of domestic or international education systems
• Sales or admissions counseling experience
