Role Description

The Admissions Counselor is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, evaluating applications, and providing detailed information about the college’s programs. The Admissions Counselor will also be responsible for answering inquiries, attending events, maintaining records of applicants, and assisting students with enrollment. Building positive relationships with potential students and addressing their educational and career aspirations will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and families.
• Customer Service and Sales abilities for managing inquiries and guiding prospective students in making informed choices.
• Experience or interest in the field of Education is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational capabilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; prior experience in admissions or a similar role is an advantage.
• Passion for fostering student success through guidance and support.
