This is a target-based profile where the candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into admissions through effective communication and persuasion skills. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in admission counselling, preferably in the education and training sector. Key Responsibilities ✅ Cold Calling & Student Engagement Make 100+ calls daily to potential students and working professionals interested in career-oriented courses. Counsel students about course details, fee structure, career prospects, and admission procedures. Follow up with potential leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages. Address inquiries and resolve doubts to ensure smooth enrolment. ✅ Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly admission targets and revenue goals. Convert leads into successful admissions through effective pitching and negotiation. Drive student enrolments by convincing them about course benefits and career opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications 🔹 Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in admission counselling/career counselling/sales in Ed-Tech Course Selling. 🔹 Communication: Excellent verbal & written skills in Hindi and English. 🔹 Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. 🔹 Cold Calling Expertise: Should be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling. 🔹 Target-Oriented: Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets consistently. 🔹 Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace. 🔹 Work Ethics: Self-motivated, disciplined, and a go-getter with a positive attitude.
