About The Opportunity

We are hiring for a role in the Education & Student Services sector, focused on end-to-end admission and enrollment operations for prospective learners. This is an on-site, entry-level role designed for high-energy freshers who are customer-focused and eager to grow into operations or student-success functions.Role & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound & outbound admission inquiries via phone, email, and chat—qualify leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM/ERP: capture applications, update statuses, and log communications in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate admission activities—schedule counselling sessions, interviews, and campus visits; follow up on required documentation and fee payments.
  • Perform document verification and basic eligibility checks; escalate discrepancies to seniors for resolution.
  • Support admission campaigns and outreach drives by following calling scripts, maintaining call logs, and reporting daily metrics to supervisors.
  • Prepare and share periodic reports on leads, conversions, pending documentation, and process bottlenecks to improve throughput.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent; freshers welcome.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; proficiency in one or more regional languages is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy: MS Excel, Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), and comfort with web-based CRMs.
  • Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills; customer-service mindset with patience and empathy.
  • High attention to detail, organised record-keeping, and ability to follow processes accurately.

Preferred

  • Prior internship or experience in admissions, telecalling, customer support, or front-office operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) or student information systems.
  • Basic sales orientation and comfort working with targets and KPIs.
