Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide admission counseling for various courses offered by our organization.
Conduct telecalling sessions with potential clients to understand their requirements and preferences for education abroad programs.
Provide expert advice on course selection, university options, scholarships, visa applications, and other related services to international students.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM software or databases.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales) to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or education counseling/admissions.
Excellent communication skills in English; fluent speaking & writing required.
Strong convincing power with ability to handle pressure situations effectively.
Proven track record of achieving targets through effective sales strategies.
