About the Role:

Edify School, Chikkabanavara is seeking a dedicated and proactive Campus Admission Counsellor to manage and streamline the end-to-end student admissions process. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students, providing accurate information, conducting campus tours, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming admissions experience. The counsellor will also play a key role in meeting enrollment targets and supporting the school’s outreach and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from prospective parents via phone, email, and walk-ins, and provide clear and detailed information about the school and its programs.
• Conduct campus tours and presentations to showcase the school’s facilities, curriculum, and value propositions.
• Assist parents through the complete admissions process including application forms, documentation, assessments, fee structures, and timelines.
• Coordinate and schedule student assessments, interactions, and interviews as required.
• Maintain accurate admission records, follow-up sheets, and enrollment data using school CRM or MIS systems.
• Support the planning and execution of school marketing and outreach initiatives such as open houses, orientation sessions, and community engagement events.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure seamless onboarding of newly admitted students.
• Build strong parent relationships and ensure a positive and professional experience throughout the admission journey.
• Regularly track admission enquiries, conversions, and prepare reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in marketing, counselling, or education is an advantage.
• Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, or front office roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command over English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation, patience, and ability to handle parent queries effectively.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM/MIS tools.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet admission targets and deadlines.
