Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide accurate and clear information about Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) programs, admission criteria, course structure, and career opportunities.
Engage with prospective students through phone, email, chat, and social media to answer inquiries and offer personalized support.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students interests and recommend suitable academic programs.
Guide students through the complete admission process from initial inquiry to final enrollment ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain consistent communication with students, providing updates, encouragement, and assistance as needed.
Achieve monthly enrollment targets and contribute to the overall growth of the admissions department.
Accurately record and manage student interactions and application progress in the CRM or admissions management system.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
0-3 years of experience in admissions counseling, student support, sales, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and listening abilities with a student-first approach.
Ability to manage multiple conversations, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, goal-driven attitude with a passion for helping students succeed.
