Job Summary:

The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding and assisting parents through the school’s admission process in compliance with CBSE guidelines. The role involves managing admission inquiries, maintaining records, organizing admission events, and ensuring a smooth and transparent admission procedure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle admission-related inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedure.
• Maintain accurate and updated admission records as per CBSE norms.
• Assist in organizing admission campaigns, school tours, and orientation programs.
• Ensure documentation and student data are complete and submitted as required by CBSE.
• Coordinate with the Principal and administrative team for seat availability, student registration, and fee details.
• Maintain confidentiality of student and parent information.
• Support in preparing admission reports and enrollment statistics.
• Ensure all admission activities adhere to the school’s policies and CBSE’s admission guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or any related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
• Prior experience in school admissions or counselling preferred.
• Familiarity with CBSE rules and regulations related to admissions will be an added advantage.

Remuneration:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per CBSE norms.
