Job Title: Admission Counsellor Location: EuroSchool Gunjur, Bengaluru Department: Admissions & Marketing Employment Type: Full-time Job Purpose The Admission Counsellor acts as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students. The role involves counselling, guiding, and converting leads into admissions , while ensuring an excellent experience throughout the enrolment process. Key Responsibilities Counselling & Guidance Explain EuroSchool’s curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, and values to prospective parents. Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions. Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively. Admissions Process Management Guide parents through the entire admission process from inquiry to enrolment. Schedule school tours and counselling sessions. Ensure smooth coordination between parents and internal departments. Lead Generation & Conversion Follow up with leads generated through calls, emails, campaigns, and referrals. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets. Database & Reporting Maintain accurate records of enquiries, visits, follow-ups, and conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review. Event Participation Support open houses, counselling sessions, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and outreach. Skills & Competencies Required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Strong persuasive and counselling abilities . Good knowledge of sales and marketing techniques. Ability to handle parents’ queries patiently and professionally. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications. Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree (in any discipline). MBA in Marketing / Education Management is an added advantage. Experience Required 2 to 3 years of experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or marketing , preferably in the education sector . Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also be considered. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
